Job Description
About the Role Elite Pacific Vacations is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to join our South Shore Kauai team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active, and being out in the field rather than sitting behind a desk. Our Quality Assurance Inspectors play an important role in making sure each vacation rental is clean, stocked, secure, and guest-ready before arrivals and after departures. You will be visiting beautiful homes throughout the Poipu area and helping ensure every guest has a smooth arrival experience. What You'll Do Perform arrival and departure inspections at vacation rental properties in the Poipu area Confirm homes are clean, staged, stocked, and ready for guest arrival Check inventory levels and submit supply requests as needed Pick up and deliver supplies, guest amenities, and welcome items when needed Secure homes after guest departures Handle light tasks such as replacing batteries, changing lightbulbs, or reporting maintenance concerns Create housekeeping, maintenance, and repair requests using our provided software/apps Communicate clearly with the operations team regarding property condition and urgent needs What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage time well Reliable transportation Comfortable using a smartphone, apps, Google tools, and basic software Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed Dependable, professional, and guest-focused Vacation rental, housekeeping, hospitality, or property management experience is helpful, but not required Why Join Us Independent, active work environment Opportunity to work around beautiful vacation homes on Kauai's South Shore Supportive team environment Paid training provided Part-time schedule with room to grow Great fit for someone who enjoys hospitality, quality control, and working outside of a traditional office setting Pay $23.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience
