Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Lab Tech to join their team. As a Lab Tech, you will be part of the Micro Department supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

$20.00 hour
Shift:
First shift hours 6am-3:20pm, Monday through Friday What's the Job? Operate and set up straightforward equipment to produce quality products according to build signals Gather materials and maintain the quality of products produced according to department standards and specifications Meet productivity standards and assist in ensuring all chemistries are made per schedule Record and maintain quality or traceability information, including final product quality control Comply with safety policies, including safe operation of equipment, PPE usage, and proper storage of tools What's Needed? High school diploma or GED or equivalent required Six months of production experience preferred Basic mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity Good reading, writing, and math skills Ability to learn machine operations, including setup and changeover What's in it for me?
