Full-time Full-time Quality Assurance Technician Reports To:

Quality Control Supervisor Job Summary:

Responsible for daily audits and inspections to assure that all products manufactured meet Featherlite's high quality standards, customer specifications, and achieve superior quality and reliability levels.

Responsibilities:

Verifies and interprets print packets. Conducts daily inspections and audits. Completes all necessary paperwork for non-conforming material and processes. Verifies that processes and procedures are followed during the manufacturing process. Ensures that all materials received are acceptable for manufacturing process. Insures that non-conforming processes and material that are identified, corrected, and removed from the manufacturing process. Maintains a safe working environment and strictly follows all Featherlite, Inc. policies and procedures. Must cross-train in different manufacturing locations in the Cresco facility. Other duties as assigned by management.

Skills and Experience:

Proficient in the use of all measuring devices. Ability to understand and apply basic blueprint theories. Microsoft Office suite experience and basic computer knowledge Ability to effectively communicate either verbally or in writing to all departments. Capable of making immediate, sound decisions.

Potential Exposures:

Regular exposure to manufacturing environment including noise, dust, and hot or cold temperatures.
