Job Description

Legal Quality Assurance Analyst Location:
Wes Des Moines, IA (Onsite)
Duration:
18
Month Contract Pay:
$25/hr W2
Project Details:
This contractor will be joining a Quality Assurance team responsible for reviewing legal documents with customers who are dealing with civil legal matters.
Responsibilities:
Will be looking at physical legal docs to ensure that all items within doc are accurate, match corresponding paperwork, meet state requirements. Test info before it's sent out to 3rd party legal partners. Checking notarization on documents. May do judgement and complaint validations as needed.
Top Skills:
Knowledge of collection law (ideal) Experience with litigation (specifically civil procedures) Experience as a Q/A analyst or (functionally acting as Q/A) Basic MS systems (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, teams) Basic computer skills Understanding credit cards
Experience:
1+ year of relevant professional experience Paralegal certification (NICE TO HAVE)
