- Plans and conducts the analysis, inspection, design, test, and/or integration to assure the quality of assigned product or component.
- Performs quality engineering reviews of design documentation for compliance with stated requirements, including vendor quality manuals and company quality records.
- Applies statistical process control (SPC) methods for analyzing data to evaluate the current process and process changes.
- Engage with the General Contractor's Quality Assurance Manager for inspection planning, project compliance, non-conformance management, quality audits.
- Provide project quality expectations to new inspectors.
- Attend weekly project update meetings with the project group including upcoming activities, status and deadlines.
- Reviews all purchased products or components and provides input to the decision of whether to accept the product and future purchases from the vendor.
- Documents data obtained during all quality assurance activities, consistent with company policies and procedures.
- Communicates significant issues or developments identified during quality assurance activities and provides recommended process improvements to management.
- Prepares reports to communicate involvement and results of quality assurance activities.

- 3+ years of Quality Control Inspection experience supporting: o
ASME B31
piping codes o Industrial or commercial construction projects (semiconductor preferred) o Fabrication and welding inspections o Non-destructive testing (NDT)- Experience inspecting specialty welding applications and plastic piping systems such as: o Polypropylene (PP) o Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) o Other specialty process piping materials
- Come from the GC or Subcontractor side (not owner QA or 3rd party experience) Experience working on semiconductor, high-purity, or cleanroom project sites
- AWS CWI Certification (required for the inspector supervisor position)
- Experience inspecting carbon steel, stainless steel, and high-purity process piping systems OSHA 30, confined space, and first aid / CPR
