Description:
Job Summary:
The Quality Inspector inspects incoming, in-process, and finished products against specifications to ensure conformity. This role identifies defects, documents results, and helps prevent nonconforming products from reaching the customer.
Essential Functions:
Incoming, In-Process, and Final Inspections:
Inspect materials, components, and finished products to verify conformity to requirements.
Note:
incorporate queue, shelf, NS management and balancing the priority.
Measurement and Verification:
Use precision instruments, visual checks and data reviews to verify conformity to requirements.
Nonconformance Detection and Handling:
Identify and document defects, escalating issues to the quality team as required and ensure nonconforming material is handled in accordance with ISO and QMS requirements.
Record Keeping:
Accurately document inspection results in accordance with ISO 9001 and QMS requirements.
Compliance and Standards Adherence:
Perform inspections in compliance with ISO 9001 and QMS requirements.

Skills and Abilities Summary:
Inspection Proficiency:
Perform accurate inspections using appropriate tools and methods.
Technical Interpretation:
Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and work instructions. Proficient in GD&T. Attention to
Detail:
Detect and document defects with precision and accuracy.
Consistency and Reliability:
Execute inspection processes consistently to ensure reliable results.
Communication Skills:
Clearly report findings and collaborate with manufacturing and quality personnel.
Minimum Experience:
1 year in a full-time manufacturing environment
