In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, assembling, and finishing high-quality millwork products using a variety of tools and techniques. Your expertise in woodworking, blueprint interpretation, and materials handling will ensure that each project meets precise specifications and quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to custom fabrication projects in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. Duties Read and interpret mechanical blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to guide fabrication and assembly processes Operate power tools, pneumatic tools, hand tools, and woodworking machinery to cut, shape, assemble, and finish millwork components Measure materials accurately using tape measures, calipers, and other measurement tools to ensure dimensional precision Handle materials safely within the warehouse or shop environment, including composite materials and wood products Fabricate components by following blueprint specifications while maintaining quality control through measurement checks Assemble parts using carpentry skills, mechanical knowledge, and appropriate fastening techniques Adhere strictly to safety protocols during all phases of fabrication and assembly to prevent accidents or injuries Requirements Proven experience in manufacturing, woodworking, or construction environments with a focus on millwork or cabinetry Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret mechanical blueprints and technical drawings accurately Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and tape measures for precise measurement and assembly Familiarity with shop math principles necessary for accurate measurements and calculations during fabrication Knowledge of composite materials and woodworking techniques relevant to millwork projects Ability to operate forklifts safely (certification preferred) for materials handling within warehouse or shop settings Experience with machining, fabrication processes, and construction practices is highly desirable Demonstrated commitment to safety protocol adherence in a manufacturing environment Join our team where craftsmanship meets innovation!
