Job Description

Quality Control X-Ray Technician Adecco is currently hiring a Quality Control X-Ray Technician for a growing family-owned semiconductor manufacturing company in Nampa, Idaho. If you have experience inspecting PCB assemblies, working with X-ray equipment, and maintaining high-quality standards in an electronics, aerospace, or semiconductor manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you.

$20.00 - $30.00/hour +
DOE Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM What You'll Do Inspect electronic assemblies using X-ray technology to ensure compliance with IPC-A-610 and J-STD standards. Analyze X-ray images and immediately communicate process concerns to Engineering and production teams. Operate, clean, maintain, and troubleshoot X-ray inspection equipment. Maintain inspection records and quality documentation. Support quality improvement initiatives and corrective actions. Assist with internal audits and quality system compliance activities. Communicate quality issues with supervisors, engineers, and production teams. Run AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) programs as needed to inspect PCB assemblies. Help ensure products meet customer specifications and industry quality requirements. Qualifications 3+ years of quality control experience in PCB assembly manufacturing, or equivalent industry experience. Experience in electronics, aerospace, semiconductor, or related manufacturing environments. Strong understanding of SMT manufacturing processes and common PCB assembly defects. Knowledge of AOI inspection, X-ray systems, and BGA analysis. Ability to use microscopes, magnifiers, calipers, multimeters, and other inspection equipment. Ability to read work instructions, bills of materials, and quality documentation. Working knowledge of
IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, ISO
9001, and manufacturing quality standards. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; ERP experience is a plus. Why Work With Us? Pay Details:
