Job Description

Pamarco, a global leader in anilox roll manufacturing, offers cutting-edge technology solutions to the printing, packaging, and converting industries worldwide. We are seeking a Production Attendant-Quality Technician at our Batavia location 1st shift 9am-5pm
M-F Key Responsibilities:
Candidate will audit and report all production activities to the Production managerConduct incoming and final inspections identifying dimensional and visual defects using Pamarco quality standards.

Ensure a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Assist with other tasks as directed by the lead or supervisor.
Required Skills and Attributes:
Position requires organization and accurate entry of internal quality documents.

Able to locate, read, and understand prints and drawings of press rollsClear understanding of tolerances, common terminology, and critical measures to manufacturing (Run-out, TIR, taper, concentricity, etc.)Safely operate forklift to load and unload trucksSafely operate hoist to load and unload rolls from shipping crates and cartsClear and effective communication abilities.

Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently.

Dependable with strong attention to detail.

Ability to maintain professionalism when interacting with coworkers.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Proficient with reading blueprints and using measuring/inspection tools.

Flexibility to work overtime when needed.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
