Job Description

The Tool & Gage House is seeking a skilled CMM Programmer/Technician to join our team in Peoria, IL. If you have experience in PC-DMIS or other CMM programming platforms (such as Zeiss, Calypso, etc.), we encourage you to apply. PC-DMIS experience is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and document automated metrology programs following best-practice standards and inspection plan requirements. Maintain the accuracy, availability, and revision control for all created programs. Resolve issues related to inspection, data collection, and documentation that impact quality and operations. Create advanced-level CMM programs for complex metrology requirements. Provide expert troubleshooting support for metrology and manufacturing-related challenges. Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives in metrology processes. Coordinate and integrate new metrology software and hardware solutions.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma (required). Advanced CMM programming training (preferred). 2+ years of experience programming on a major CMM platform (preferred). 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or quality environment, preferably within
QS-9000, ISO-9000, ISO/IEC
17025, or similar standards. Advanced GD&T training (preferred). 5+ years in a precision metrology setting (preferred).
