Responsibilities:

Ability to program Brown and Sharpe CMM in PC DMIS by modifying existing program and create new programs based on interpreting detailed drawings. Utilize large range of inspection, measuring and test equipment to validate products. Perform incoming inspections, first piece layouts and troubleshoot quality related issues identified during production. Perform Final Product and PPAP Dimensional Inspection Reports and Audits. Assist Design Engineering with New Product Introduction during initial phases prior to release. Communicate findings and work with Production, Engineering, Purchasing and within the Quality Department to resolve internal and supplier quality issues. Provide training and mentoring to new CMM Operators as required to support daily operations. Complete and maintain detailed inspection files, records, and supporting documentation per

ISO 9001

requirements. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

High School or equivalent plus a minimum of three years of experience with specialized training on PC DMIS operating program. Detailed knowledge of precision measuring instruments and test equipment. Ability to interpret prints and specifications with an advanced knowledge of Geometric Dimensions and Tolerances. Basic computer software skills including Word, Excel, Outlook (Email) and Adobe Acrobat. Salary Range:
