Cmm Programmer

CMM Programmer (Zeiss Calypso) Develops and maintains CMM inspection programs to ensure accurate measurement of complex parts. Supports metrology operations, troubleshooting, and process improvements in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Create and validate CMM programs from drawings and CAD models Program using Zeiss Calypso or similar software Interpret blueprints and apply GD&T for accurate inspections Troubleshoot measurement and equipment issues Collaborate with Engineering and Production on part quality Support continuous improvement and standardization efforts Perform manual inspections to verify CMM results Manage multiple programs and priorities in a high‑mix environment Key Requirements 3+ years of CMM programming experience Proficiency with Zeiss Calypso or similar systems Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint reading Experience with manual inspection tools (micrometers, gages, etc.) Strong problem-solving and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced setting Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Hanover Park, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $83200.00/yr.
