Plant Quality & Environmental Systems Lead — Powertrain Dynamic Manufacturing, Inc. As our Plant Quality & Environmental Systems Lead, you'll be the connective tissue between our procedures, our people, and the product—partnering with the General Manager to ensure every powertrain component meets stringent requirements. Your impact (in bullet form) Own internal audit planning, execution, and timely closure of all corrective actions. Run management review meetings that drive decisions with accurate, current data. Keep our quality and environmental management systems fully compliant and effective.
Steer the corrective action system:
document, monitor, and verify completion. Maintain controlled documentation for QMS and EMS; keep it current and clear. Improve quality tracking systems and present insights that matter. Author and update job instructions to standardize best practices. Conduct floor audits to ensure procedures are followed. Evaluate gaging and calibration programs for alignment with requirements. Coordinate with the General Manager to confirm all product quality requirements are achieved. Must‑have experience and capabilities MS Excel skills (formulas, sorting, core features) and MS Word proficiency (drafting/editing). Deep expertise in TS 16949, ISO
14001, and ISO 9001.
Previous role as a quality manager or quality engineer. Manufacturing background in the automotive sector. Facility with basic math and strong written/verbal communication.
