Position Overview We are seeking a Quality Technician to join our team, reporting directly to the Quality Manager. This role is a great opportunity for a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who is passionate about product quality and continuous improvement. As part of DOGA's Quality team, you will play a key role in supporting production, ensuring product compliance, and maintaining high standards across our operations. Key Responsibilities Support the Commercial team with prototypes, part identification, and related requests Perform final assembly and inspection of outgoing components Maintain calibrated tools and ensure an organized quality workspace Review and interpret technical drawings to inspect and analyze components Analyze warehouse materials, field failures, and warranty returns Prepare clear and accurate quality reports Perform rework on non-conforming or suspect materials Assist the Quality Manager with daily quality activities as needed Communicate directly with customers regarding quality matters Participate in customer quality meetings Conduct on-site inspections when required Qualifications & Skills High school diploma required Minimum 1 year of relevant experience Fluent in English (required); Spanish is a plus Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Familiarity with root cause analysis methodologies Ability to read and understand technical drawings Experience with small motors is a plus SAP experience preferred What We Offer 🚀 Growing Global Company Join a stable and expanding international organization with exciting future opportunities. 👥 Collaborative Team Environment Work alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic, hands-on setting. 🌍 Inclusive Workplace Culture We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive environment where everyone feels respected, valued, and empowered.
