Using information supplied in the sample request packet to determine die cut information, number of samples required, type of raw material utilized, and delivery information for shipping. Measuring depth to within 1/32". Ability to back drill simple and moderate molds. Using high-speed air drill to vent molds. Set-up and operate sample press. Fabricate handmade assists to allow samples to simulate production parts. Making appropriate size sheet from raw material rolls, place in sample press, and operate press to obtain sample. Evaluating quality of finished piece. Setting up a laser using files provided to trim samples to match engineered drawing. Hand-cutting samples to required size when necessary. Bringing samples to shipping or UPS with correct shipping information. Maintaining a clean work area that is organized and free of debris. Conduct work to

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma Demonstrated ability to read, interpret and apply drawings, instructions, etc.
