ESSENTIAL JOB TASKS

Reporting to the Plant Manager this role is responsible for: Reviewing & standardizing company-wide quality processes in partnership with Plant Quality teams. Develop and maintain quality standards, procedures, and work instructions. Manage gage control for the site. Ensure compliance with company, customer, and regulatory requirements. Monitor quality metrics and KPIs. Creates documents & communicates process modifications as needed. i.e. Quality Alerts Conduct internal quality audits as required. Support external customer or certification audits (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, GMP, etc.). Performs and verify corrective actions are implemented and effective. Actively participates in Production & Quality Steering Committee meetings Reviews routine Quality performance data & initiates efforts to address systemic problems Interacts directly with customers on complaint resolution Performs audits and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) inspections of plants to ensure compliance with Rohrer procedures and industry best practices Works with suppliers directly & indirectly through Rohrer Procurement & Supplier Quality functions Acts to align company goals by continually reviewing processes to create overall operating efficiencies in obtaining the highest quality product at the lowest possible cost Participated in special projects & performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in related field 5+ years' quality management experience
