Pay, Perks & Bonuses + Competitive starting pay starting between $21.00-$25.00 + Shift Differential + Sign on Bonus $1000 + Advancement opportunities -we promote from within Benefits That Support Your Life + Paid holidays + Excellent PTO (Vacation & Personal Time) + Medical, Dental, Vision & Disability Insurance + 401(k) + Wellness program that rewards healthy choices What You'll Do + Work with Production Supervisor to keep production quality up to standards. + Assist in making sets of color standards in the QA Lab. + Enter material requisition info in the stock traceability log. + Support both the press and offline department. + If necessary, test any materials required on the testing equipment in the lab. + Work with the ink room techs to ensure the color is correct for new or existing jobs. + File press cards, proofs, color standards and press retains as directed. + Inspect incoming material. + Review and approve raw material certificate of analysis + Write concise reports on projects/issues to communicate to the QA Manager. + Work with QA Manager to conduct environmental monitoring. + Participate in internal and external audits as required. + Participate in root cause analysis for customer complaints.
