Quality Control Technician (Itasca) Vonberg Valve, inc. I-9 documentation required.
Job Duties Include:
  • Inspecting parts from outside suppliers and/or internal manufacturing department and documenting findings in inspection reports.
  • Managing internal processes including non-conforming material dispositions (NCMR), root cause analysis, cause and corrective action (CAR), and deviation requests (TDR), and returned material (RMA).
  • Work closely with Vonberg manufacturing, engineering, and customer service to provide competent support and issue resolution.
  • Receiving inspected parts into inventory, as needed. May include verifying quantities and reconciling actual inventory with the ERP inventory numbers.
  • Perform, track, and manage gage inventory, including gage calibration.
  • Ability to become proficient with company ERP and other computer systems.
  • Ability to read and follow English drawings, work orders, and instructions.
  • Ability to learn / operate tools needed for production (calipers/gages/scales/optical measurement equipment)
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Entry Level Okay Single Shift:
