Process Controller - Manteno, IL Our client, a leading organization in the food processing industry, is seeking a Process Controller to join their team. As a Process Controller, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting production operations.

Shift:
1st (6am-2:30pm) What's the Job? Conduct on-line weight inspections of finished products to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and customer specifications. Develop and maintain Statistical Process Control (SPC) weight sheets to monitor product quality. Ensure calibration and proper functioning of scales and measuring equipment. Input and maintain test data digitally using a tablet for efficient review and analysis. Analyze inspection data, prepare reports, and document deviations from standards, implementing corrective actions as needed. What's Needed? High School Diploma or equivalent required. Proficient in using test equipment such as scales, thermometers, calipers, and calculators. Strong organizational skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data effectively. Excellent communication skills for compliance and issue resolution. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with tablets, MS Word, and Excel. What's in it for me?
