This role is responsible for ensuring products meet customer specifications and internal quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and experience working closely with production, engineering, and management teams to maintain consistent quality and compliance. Key Responsibilities Independently perform quality inspection tasks in a timely and accurate manner. Conduct in-process and final inspections of manufactured parts to ensure compliance with specifications. Interpret and evaluate customer drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications. Ensure products meet required dimensional and quality standards throughout the production process. Maintain accurate quality records, inspection reports, and documentation. Uphold and enforce the organization's quality system and procedures. Identify and report non-conformances or quality issues to management and production teams. Use precision measuring equipment including verniers, comparators, gauges, and hardness testing tools. Collaborate with production, engineering, and management to resolve quality concerns and improve processes.

• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in both direct and indirect environments.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to maintaining high-quality output. Demonstrate accountability, integrity, and ownership of assigned responsibilities. Maintain clear and effective communication with all departments. Skills & Experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality inspection or quality control role within a manufacturing environment. Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Experience using precision measurement tools and inspection equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in precision manufacturing, machining, or metal fabrication environments. Knowledge of in-process inspection and quality systems. Familiarity with ISO or similar quality standards (preferred but not required). Forklift experience is a plus but not required. Long-term employment mindset and strong work stability. Work Environment Positions available on 1st shift . Manufacturing environment focused on precision production and quality control. Regular interaction with production machinery and manufactured components. Hands-on role requiring standing, walking, and inspection of parts throughout the shift. Use of precision measuring instruments and inspection tools on a daily basis. Required use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, steel-toed footwear, and other safety equipment as required.

Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
