  • 4PM-12:30AM About the Company Join the Costco meat processing facility producing meatballs, hot dogs, hamburger patties, and ground beef.
This is a fast-paced manufacturing environment with temperatures ranging from 28°F to 38°F . Job Summary The Lab/QC Technician is responsible for collecting and testing product samples, conducting quality inspections throughout the facility, and ensuring compliance with USDA regulations and company quality standards. Essential Responsibilities Collect meat samples from products on the production floor Perform laboratory testing and analysis of product samples Conduct quality inspections throughout the processing facility Monitor and ensure compliance with USDA and company food safety requirements Accurately document testing results and inspection findings Assist in other warehouse or production areas as needed #nowhiring High School Diploma or GED, science degree preferred Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift 1 year Food Processing or QA experience preferred Ability to work in a cold environment ranging from 28°F to 30°F on the production floor Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting Willingness to assist in multiple areas of the facility as business needs require Steel-toe or composite-toe, slip-resistant footwear is required #nowhring
