Quality Inspector (2nd & 3rd Shift) PROMAN Staffing | Northbrook, IL PROMAN Staffing is partnering with a leading dental instrument manufacturer in Northbrook, IL to hire experienced Quality Inspectors for both 2nd and 3rd shifts . This is an excellent opportunity for detail-oriented professionals with manufacturing or quality inspection experience who enjoy working in a precision-driven environment. Available Shifts & Pay 2nd

PM Pay:
$18.00•$20.00/hour 3rd
Shift Schedule:
10:00 PM•6:30
AM Pay:
$20.00•$21.00/hour Position Summary The Quality Inspector supports manufacturing and service operations by ensuring products and components meet quality and regulatory standards. In this role, you will perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections using precision measuring equipment, document inspection results, identify nonconforming materials, and support quality improvement initiatives. Responsibilities Conduct incoming, in-process, and final product inspections using blueprints, specifications, and inspection equipment Perform product testing utilizing production qualification equipment Identify, segregate, and document nonconforming materials and components Participate in Material Review Board (MRB) activities and assist with nonconformance reports Enter and retrieve inspection and quality data in company systems Review quality documentation including Device History Records (DHRs) and calibration records Support root cause investigations and continuous improvement efforts Maintain accurate and detailed inspection records Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or quality inspection environment Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to generate detailed, high-quality documentation Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to follow written procedures and instructions Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications CNC machining, machine operation, setup, or precision manufacturing experience Experience using inspection and measurement tools in a manufacturing environment Why Apply?
