Quincy, IL Shift/Work Schedule:

Role What You'll Do:
Lead, coordinate, and prioritize daily activities for the Quality Assurance team
Provide training, coaching, and support to team members to ensure success
Inspect, test, and troubleshoot product quality concerns and help identify solutions
Monitor employee performance and promote a positive, accountable work environment
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to quality activities
Ensure smooth communication between shifts and departments
Manage laboratory supplies, maintain equipment, and monitor chemical inventories
Promote and enforce quality, GMP, food safety, housekeeping, and workplace safety standards
Collaborate with managers and supervisors throughout the facility to support operational excellence
Step in to perform technician and blender duties when needed
Help foster a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and shared success
