Fabrication Machine Operator Responsibilities:

• Tend to and operate one or more metal fabrication production machines according to established specifications
• Observe machine operation, follow work instructions, and report any malfunctions promptly
• Remove finished parts, separate runners from products, and load inserts as necessary
• Feed strips into presses to support the manufacturing process
• Visually inspect parts for defects and measure dimensions with gages or tools
• Pack finished products into cartons, attach shipping labels, and perform basic assembly tasks when required
• Maintain accurate production counts and record keeping
• Sort through finished goods with a keen eye to notice defects and differentiate batch numbers Requirements for

Fabrication Machine Operator:

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs periodically throughout the shift
• Able to stand, walk and perform repetitive movement required for the duration of a 8-10 hour shift
• Prior experience operating manufacturing machinery is strongly preferred
• Excellent attendance
• Able to work overtime as needed
• Good communication skills
