We are seeking a detail-oriented Fabrication Quality Inspector to join our team and help ensure our products meet customer specifications, engineering requirements, and quality standards. Responsibilities Perform first piece, in-process, and final inspections of fabricated parts and assemblies Verify compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, work instructions, and customer requirements Conduct visual, dimensional, and functional inspections Use precision measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, dial indicators, thread gauges, optical comparators, and QC laser equipment Inspect sheet metal components, laser-cut parts, turret-punched parts, assemblies, and finished products Complete inspection reports, quality records, and traceability documentation Review material certifications, certificates of conformity, and supplier documentation Identify and document nonconforming materials and products Support containment and corrective action activities Verify calibration status of inspection equipment before use Assist with gauge control and calibration activities Follow

requirements and established quality procedures Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent Strong background in visual inspection of stamped and assembled parts 2-5 years of quality inspection experience in fabrication, sheet metal, laser-cut, turret-punched, or assembly environments Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications Understanding of GD&T (Geometric DimensioningTolerancing) Experience using precision measuring equipment Knowledge of inspection methods and sampling techniques Basic Microsoft Office skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities Preferred ASQ Certified Quality Inspector (CQI) or similar certification Experience working within an

2015 quality system Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to perform detailed visual inspections Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment while wearing required PPE What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail Problem-solving and analytical skills Dependability and accountability Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to quality and continuous improvement Work hours: Monday through Thursday, 6am to 4:30pm.
