Responsibilities Execute precise dimensional and material inspections on pipe and fittings using advanced measurement tools like micrometers, calipers, and thickness gauges. Manage NDE/NDT processes, including evaluating results and coordinating with external testing partners to ensure compliance. Document and track nonconforming materials to prevent quality escapes and support continuous improvement initiatives. Oversee welder qualification testing and maintain comprehensive records to ensure all personnel meet safety and operational standards. Validate production records and quality reports to ensure full traceability and adherence to project specifications.
