By leveraging your technical expertise in inspection and testing, you will drive excellence in manufacturing outcomes and help maintain our reputation for high-performance infrastructure components. Responsibilities Execute precise dimensional and material inspections on pipe and fittings using advanced measurement tools like micrometers, calipers, and thickness gauges. Manage NDE/NDT processes, including evaluating results and coordinating with external testing partners to ensure compliance. Document and track nonconforming materials to prevent quality escapes and support continuous improvement initiatives. Oversee welder qualification testing and maintain comprehensive records to ensure all personnel meet safety and operational standards. Validate production records and quality reports to ensure full traceability and adherence to project specifications. Mentor junior team members on quality protocols and best practices to foster a culture of technical proficiency. Perform internal audits to verify that operational procedures align with established quality manuals and regulatory codes. Required Skills 2+ years of experience in quality control or production within heavy manufacturing, concrete, or industrial piping sectors. Demonstrated proficiency in at least one technical discipline: concrete testing, industrial coatings, welding inspection, or NDE/NDT. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Strong computer literacy, with specific proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data reporting. Preferred Skills Current certification in
ACI, AWS
(CWI/CAWI), NACE/AMPP, or
ASNT SNT-TC-1A
(MT, PT, RT, UT, or VT). Associate or bachelor's degree in a STEM-related field. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
