Job Title:

Quality Control Technician Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Quality Control Technician to join our team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This role is pivotal in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards.

The position offers two shifts:

1st/3rd shift from 3:30 am to 12:30 pm with required Saturday overtime until 1 pm or 2 pm, and 2nd shift from 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm with required Saturday overtime until 1 am or 2 am. Responsibilities Conduct quality control inspections and tests on food products to ensure compliance with GMP and quality assurance standards. Document inspection results accurately and maintain records for quality assurance purposes. Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency. Essential Skills Minimum of 2 years of food quality experience. Proficiency in quality control and assurance processes within a food manufacturing setting. Familiarity with GMP standards and documentation practices. Additional Skills & Qualifications Spanish speaking skills are a plus. Why Work Here?
