Job Summary Responsible for supporting Quality program goals by assisting with proper workload documentation as well as providing daily support to Quality personnel and divisional partners. Job Description Provide phone support of inbound calls and directing calls as necessary; communication via email. Assists in issuing stock checks to QCs at the warehouses to check inventory. Assist with applying, altering, and removing incoming plant holds as requested by divisional partners. Assist with coordination of travel and training for Branch Quality personnel as needed. Complete weekly and monthly reports for management that track quality trends, holds, overtime, etc.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Education High School diploma or equivalent. Work Experience At least 1 year of prior experience in quality assurance or quality control. Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Knowledge / Skills
/ Abilities Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling). Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word (for example: inserting headers, page breaks, page numbers and tables and/or adjusting table columns).

The anticipated salary range for this position: $20.25 - $29.25 Hourly The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
