Samples Coordinator/QA Tech Reports to:
QA Supervisor Summary:
In this position you will be required to gather all sales order samples from the system and send them out vis UPS or FedEx. This position will also require attention to the production lines when samples orders have been completed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Look up orders in ERP system. Identify where the materials are located. Perform sampling and testing of materials. Send samples for 3rd party testing as needed. Complete and maintain associated records. Send samples to customer vis UPS/FedEx. Perform QA tech duties as needed. Print labels for customer orders. Communicate information to relevant parties quickly and accurately Other duties as assigned. Qualifications to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and clients. Hard working and self-motivated. Work independent of direct supervision. Ability to adapt to change quickly. Read/Write English. Flexible schedule and willing to work weekends or OT as needed. High School Diploma or equivalent. Food industry experience preferred. Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
