Job Description

Key Responsibilities in this role: Conduct process/product audits and provide feedback to production Conduct product and component tests, using various lab equipment On-floor gage set-up/maintenance/repair/troubleshooting Administer and maintain hold tag system Assist production personnel in solving quality related issues Assist Quality Engineers with new product launch/PPAP activities Perform R&R studies and other Measurement System Analysis Studies Must be willing to work overtime on the opposite shift
Qualifications:
Must be able to operate a computer Must have working knowledge of Kurt, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel Ability to operate and interpret measurement equipment Must possess good math skills Ability to read and interpret basic statistical date preferred Must have good communication skills, both oral and written Possess strong problem-solving skills Knowledge of production process from multiple areas of the plant preferred Must have good attendance and a strong work record Requires you have the ability to work 12-hour night shift (6 pm - 6 am) on our 3-2-2-3 schedule.
