Manage welding procedures, inspector qualifications, and material certifications for all projects. Conduct inspections, testing, and audits to ensure products meet customer and internal requirements. Investigate quality issues using root cause analysis tools like 5 Why and Fishbone diagrams. Lead and mentor quality inspectors and welding inspectors on your team. Communicate with customers and suppliers about quality requirements and resolve issues. What You'll Need 5 or more years of experience in quality management or welding and fabrication environments.
