  • Overview
  • A growing precision manufacturing company in the Elkhart, IN area is seeking an experienced
  • CMM Programmer
  • to join our Quality team. This role is responsible for programming, setup, and operation of CMM equipment to ensure products meet engineering specifications and quality standards.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • + Program, operate, and maintain CMM (Zeiss/Calypso preferred) and/or FaroArm equipment + Develop and store CMM programs per internal procedures + Perform in-process and final inspections on parts and assemblies + Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and specifications + Analyze measurement data and determine product conformance + Document non-conformances and support corrective actions (CARs) + Assist with quality audits, calibration, and testing activities + Maintain inspection records and quality documentation (including AS9102 forms) + Support continuous improvement initiatives and new inspection methods + Train team members on inspection techniques and best practices + Ensure compliance with
AS9100/AS13100
