Job Posting Title Quality Technician Job Description Summary The Quality Technician is responsible for helping to maintain quality standards of produced parts while adhering to the company policies and procedures.
Job Description:
Regular part inspections on the floor and in the laboratories Utilizing various gages and measurement techniques to verify dimensions of production parts Operate computerized gauging in quality labs Inspection and disposition of gages Complete weekly LPAs NCM inventory and organization Meet time and schedule standards assigned for work Identify and record any problems relating to product, process, and quality system Provide input on improving operation efficiencies Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations Operate machines in accordance with process sheets and any other required paperwork (i.e. drawings, specifications, etc.) All other duties as assignedRequired Skills and Education Blueprint Reading Basic GD&T Knowledge Strong Communication Skills Root Cause Analysis Gage R&R Gaging Methods, Application, Evaluation and Calibration Leadership Qualities CMM Knowledge About AAM:
