Physical Quality Inspection Lab Tech

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, learning new skills, and being part of a team that helps ensure product quality for automotive, energy, and electric vehicle markets. Whether you're new to lab work or already have some experience, we'll provide strong training and support to help you grow. What You'll Do Perform quality tests on magnet wire and materials Help with sample preparation and support production and R D projects Assist with mixing and preparing enamels, thinners, and lubricants Inspect raw materials and finished chemical products Use lab equipment and measuring tools to run tests Record data accurately and complete simple reports Follow written procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines Work with technicians and engineers to solve quality issues Use basic computer systems and quality tools What We're Looking For High School Diploma required (a science degree is a plus but not required) 1+ year of any lab, QC, or hands-on testing experience preferred Basic understanding of lab techniques Experience in GMP or ISO environments is a plus—not required Comfortable using computers Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills Clear communicator and team player Why You'll Love This Role Hands-on training in quality systems and lab testing Great opportunity for non-degreed or early‑career candidates Work with experienced technicians and engineers Exposure to production quality, R D, and advanced testing Stable, growing global company with long-term career paths Be part of supporting electric vehicle and clean‑energy markets

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.40 - $21.65/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
