Contract Job Duties:
Perform incoming, in-process, and finished product inspections, including processing RMA and nonconforming materials. Lead ECN/MCN change management activities and coordinate implementation with Operations and Engineering teams. Conduct quality audits in accordance with internal requirements and
ISO 9001
standards. Analyze quality data and support root cause investigations, 5 Why, Pareto analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain quality documentation, complete ERP/MRP transactions, generate reports, and support cross-functional quality activities.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma/GED with experience in blueprint reading and GD&T. Knowledge of SPC, process capability, Lean, and continuous improvement. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; CCT, CQE, or CQT certification is preferred. Experience with quality inspection tools such as CMM, optical comparator, micrometers, height gages, and thread gages. Familiarity with ISO 9001 and quality problem-solving methods such as 5 Why and Pareto analysis.
