Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Quality Inspector Requirements Strong attention to detail required Ability to identify defects, inconsistencies, and quality concerns Previous quality inspection, manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to follow inspection procedures and quality standards Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to workplace safety and quality expectations Key Responsibilities Perform quality inspections on automotive vehicles Inspect vehicles for cosmetic, functional, and manufacturing defects Identify, document, and report quality concerns accurately Ensure vehicles meet customer specifications and company quality standards Complete inspection reports and required documentation Communicate defects and quality issues to supervisors and quality teams Follow established inspection procedures and quality guidelines Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Support production and quality initiatives as needed Perform additional quality-related duties as assigned About Crown Staffing Crown Staffing is hiring Quality Inspectors for an automotive facility in Whitestown, IN.
