Job Description

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inspector to join our quality assurance team. In this vital role, you will ensure that all products and manufacturing processes meet strict quality standards and regulatory requirements. Your keen eye for detail, technical expertise, and commitment to excellence will help maintain the integrity of our products and uphold our reputation for quality. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and uphold the highest standards in manufacturing and quality control. Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems. Utilize advanced quality systems including
ISO 9001, ISO
13485, and CGMP guidelines to perform routine quality audits and ensure compliance with FDA regulations. Operate coordinate measuring machines (CMM) for detailed dimensional analysis and verification of complex parts. Collect data accurately during inspections, document findings meticulously, and prepare detailed reports for review. Perform visual inspections using vision inspection systems to identify defects or deviations from specifications. Support manufacturing teams by providing real-time feedback on quality issues and collaborating on corrective actions. Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall quality management processes. Requirements Proven experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment, with familiarity in quality control methodologies such as HACCP, QA/QC, and quality assurance practices. Fully licensed inspector Strong knowledge of industry standards including
ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FDA
regulations, and GMP principles. Proficiency with precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM). Experience operating vision inspection systems and other automated inspection tools. Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data accurately and identify trends or issues promptly. Ability to perform detailed documentation, complete inspection reports, and support audits effectively.
