Shift:
11:45pm-8:15am The QC Technician is responsible for ensuring products meet the customer specified standards. The role supports the department by providing quality testing and product verification, machine calibrations and data reporting including but not limited to identifying with urgency any material that does not meet customer specifications.
Specific Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
Understands customer requirements Collects production samples from the production floor and performs required test Notifies production staff immediately of any and all out-of-specification conditions pertaining to teste samples Maintains required retains and files in correct order and location Maintains hard copy and electronic files of test data and production data Communicates quality issues with inter-departmental and intra-departmental staff and management, as necessary Assists with maintaining quality of cosmetic, fit, form, and function of WIP and finished goods products. Provides general analysis support to all departments, as needed Adheres to all plant rules, policies, and procedures Performs all other duties as assigned 3rd
