Quality Inspector Shift:

Shift Hours:

11:00 PM - 7:00

AM Schedule:

Sunday night through Friday morning We are looking for a dependable and motivated team member to join our 3rd Shift team. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, follow instructions and company procedures, maintain a strong focus on quality and safety, and work effectively as part of a team. Key Responsibilities Perform quality inspections, dock audits, and other basic quality-related tasks. Ensure customer requirements and quality standards are met. Lead team members or processes as required. Communicate effectively with team members and leadership. Identify and help resolve problems in a timely manner. Follow all safety procedures and work instructions. Properly wear all required PPE. Maintain 5S standards and organization in the work area. Follow all PTI procedures, policies, and work instructions. Participate in required semi-annual work reviews. Complete reports and documentation as required. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to write clear and accurate reports. Ability to lead as required. Must have good attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently and complete assignments within established guidelines. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude. Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions. Ability to differentiate colors. Ability to speak, read, and write English. Ability to follow company policies, procedures, and work rules. Must be flexible and willing to rotate to an off-shift if needed. High school diploma or GED preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions. Must maintain regular and punctual attendance. Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. Ability to stand, kneel, and lift throughout the shift. Ability to perform physical tasks safely throughout the workday. Schedule 3rd
