We are looking for a Saw Operator who understands that precision at the saw saves hours of rework on the floor. If you are tired of being treated like a button-pusher and want to join a team that values your ability to read a print, maintain your machine, and keep our production schedule running at full throttle, we want you on our floor. Pace:
You are the first step in our production flow. You'll operate our Hyd-Mech and CNC saws, ensuring that every piece of raw material is cut to exact tolerances so the rest of the shop can stay in rhythm.
Quality Gatekeeper:
Accuracy is your responsibility. You interpret work orders, measure against the print, and ensure nothing leaves your station unless it is 100% correct.
Machine Ownership:
You don't wait for a maintenance crew to fix minor issues. You perform your own blade changes, lubrication, and troubleshooting to keep our saws humming. Work the

Material handling can be complex. When you're cutting structural steel or unique custom pieces, you use your experience to solve layout and efficiency issues before they cause a delay. Organize for
Speed:
A cluttered cutting area is a dangerous, slow area. You own the organization of your station, keeping the flow of steel constant and safe.
Qualifications Saw Experience:
Minimum 1 years operating band saws.
Tech & Math:
You are comfortable with calipers, micrometers, and tape measures. You can read a blueprint like a map.
Mechanical IQ:
You have the basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot your machine and keep it running at peak performance. The "Driver"

You are reliable. You don't stand around waiting for the next job; you look at the schedule, stage your next load, and keep the machines fed.
