Madison, IN General Labor Associate Requirements/Qualifications Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to perform physical labor throughout the shift. Dependable attendance and strong work ethic required. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Comfortable working in a production or industrial environment. Steel-toed shoes required. Jeans without holes and a T-shirt required. Ability to wear required PPE, including a jacket, gloves, hearing protection, and eye protection. Ability to follow established workplace safety procedures. About the General Labor Associate Role As a General Labor Associate, your responsibilities will include: Perform general labor and production support duties. Assist with material handling as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow established safety procedures. Wear all required PPE while performing assigned duties. Work efficiently to support daily production needs. Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads. Perform additional general labor duties as assigned.
