Full Job Description Experience:
Entry Level Salary:
$19•$19 per hour Job Details•We are seeking a Paint Booth Operator to support production operations by preparing, priming, and painting fabricated components and industrial equipment assemblies.
Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces through cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming Inspect fabricated components prior to painting Apply industrial coatings using spray equipment Mix paints and coatings to proper specifications Measure and verify coating thickness Perform touch-ups and quality inspections Maintain paint booth equipment and work areas Coordinate with production teams to meet delivery schedules Follow OSHA and company safety standards Assist with assembly activities when needed
Qualifications:
Previous industrial painting experience preferred Experience with spray equipment and industrial coatings preferred Ability to read work instructions and specifications Strong attention to detail Commitment to quality and safety High school diploma or
