Job Description

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Quality Technician to work with a leading manufacturing company in Pierceton. You will be responsible for ensuring that manufactured parts and products meet strict customer and company quality standards in a fast-paced factory environment. Shift Patterns Monday through Friday, 10:45 pm to 7:00 am Pay Rates 19.00 USD hourly Essential Requirements for Quality Technician Ability to lift 30 lbs repetitively Understanding of aluminum alloys and heat treatment processes Experience reading and interpreting technical blueprints Proficiency with inspection tools including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and CMM machines Experience with sand casting, die casting, or permanent mold processes Desirable Requirements for Quality Technician Basic computer proficiency in Excel and Outlook Strong attention to detail and accuracy Effective communication and teamwork skills ASQ Quality Certifications (CQI or QCT) are considered a plus Role for Quality Technician Measure and inspect parts for accuracy and defects using precision tools Record inspection results accurately in the computer system Identify, report, and contain parts that do not meet quality standards Perform product and process audits to maintain high quality levels Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve manufacturing issues Benefits for Quality Technician Opportunity to work in a stable manufacturing environment Professional development through quality process involvement Collaborative team-based work culture If you are looking to contact our onsite team, please visit the site locator on our website.
