Quality Coordinator Pro Resources Staffing Services - 3.7 Plymouth, IN Job Details $43,680 - $45,760 a year 1 day ago Qualifications Customer communication High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Are you detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with computers and data Whether you're an experienced quality professional or a recent graduate looking to start your career, we'd love to hear from you. We are seeking a Quality Coordinator to join a client of ours in Plymouth, IN. In this role, you'll work closely with customers and internal departments to investigate quality concerns, track data, prepare reports, and help drive continuous improvement throughout the organization. Shift and Compensation Monday-Friday 8-5 PM Compensation is from 43,680 USD to 45,760 USD per year Job Duties Respond to customer quality concerns in a timely and professional manner Investigate product issues and assist with root cause analysis Develop corrective and preventive action reports Generate reports and documentation for customers and internal teams Help maintain quality programs, including complaint management and inspection processes Coordinate returns and non-conformance investigations Work with multiple departments to improve processes and ensure customer satisfaction Utilize computer systems and spreadsheets to organize, track, and analyze quality data Background Profile High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software and systems quickly Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is highly preferred Experience using SAP or other ERP systems is a plus Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Comfortable working with data, reports, and documentation Experience in quality assurance or manufacturing is a plus, but not required Knowledge of food manufacturing, HACCP, or GMPs is beneficial but not required Recent graduates in business, engineering, manufacturing, food science, or related fields are encouraged to apply Why You'll Be a Great Fit You don't need years of quality experience to succeed in this role.
