This role is ideal for individuals who can maintain focus on quality while working in a fast-paced agricultural environment. Position Overview Corn Sorters are responsible for inspecting and sorting corn to ensure quality standards are met throughout the harvest process. Team members work closely with production staff to identify and remove off-quality material while maintaining productivity and safety standards. Pay $15.89 Schedule Day shift 8- to 12-hour shifts based on production needs Overtime may be required during peak production periods Essential Duties & Responsibilities Inspect and sort corn according to quality standards Identify and remove defective or off-spec materials Maintain attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks Follow all safety procedures and company policies Keep work areas clean and organized Support overall harvest and production operations as needed Physical Requirements Ability to stand in one work area for extended periods Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Ability to maintain focus and accuracy in a production environment Ability to work in agricultural and manufacturing conditions Work Environment Agricultural production facility Exposure to dust and other agricultural allergens Fast-paced seasonal production environment Qualifications Strong attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to read and communicate in English Why Join Us?
