Weekly Pay!!! $20 per hour to start! Shift is 7am to 5pm - Monday through Friday with flexibility to work a second shift The Quality Control Position is a Temp-to-hire position! Duties Inspect all materials to ensure adherence to company quality standards. Achieves quality assurance operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing audits, implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; identifying and resolving problems. Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes; measuring production; documenting evidence; determining operational and performance qualification. Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, and corrective actions. Requirements Prior experience in process improvement and analyzing information. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software 1-2 years related experience. Physical Requirements Ability to repeatedly lift 50+ pounds. Must be able to bend and walk continuously throughout the shift. Manual dexterity to operate a variety of machinery and equipment. Able to work in a variety of weather conditions. Our Commitment to
