Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Quality Inspector and play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of product quality and safety. In this energetic and detail-oriented position, you will be responsible for inspecting manufacturing processes, verifying compliance with industry standards, and maintaining rigorous quality systems. Your keen eye for detail and analytical skills will help uphold our commitment to excellence, safety, and regulatory compliance across all production stages. Duties Conduct thorough quality inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems to verify product specifications. Utilize advanced equipment including coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to assess dimensional accuracy and geometric tolerances. Perform quality audits in accordance with ISO 9001, and other relevant standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations such as FDA regulations and CGMP guidelines. Collect and analyze data related to product quality, documenting findings accurately for review and continuous improvement initiatives. Implement quality control procedures aligned with HACCP principles for food or pharmaceutical manufacturing environments. Participate in root cause analysis investigations when defects or non-conformities are identified, recommending corrective actions. Support quality assurance activities by maintaining detailed records of inspections, audits, and calibration of measurement tools. Qualifications Proven experience in manufacturing quality control or inspection roles, with a strong understanding of QA/QC processes. Familiarity with quality management systems such as
ISO 9001
; experience with FDA regulations is highly desirable. Proficiency in operating precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems. Experience working with calibration tools like coordinate measuring machines (CMM) and data collection devices. Strong analysis skills to interpret measurement data accurately and identify deviations from specifications. Knowledge of quality standards such as CGMP, HACCP, and industry-specific regulatory requirements. Ability to conduct quality audits effectively and support continuous improvement efforts within manufacturing environments.
