What You Can Expect Responsible for performing all robotic and hand polishing/buffing operations on Zimmer Biomet products using abrasive belts, buffs, compounds, and greases to attain the required cosmetic and blueprint specifications on the product. How You'll Create Impact Load and unload parts in the Robots. Change belts and wheel as necessary for proper finish Maintain all equipment in the department as is required. Do final buff for parts requiring additional work after robots finish. What Makes You Stand Out Proficient reading and interpreting blueprints. Proficient in performing inspection of products using micrometers, calipers, comparator and gauges. Capable of working without close supervision. Work in a team/cellular environment. Your Background High school diploma or GED Must have one year experience of orthopedic polishing or buffing using a variety of metals; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Robotic CNC experience preferred. Certified inspection techniques within 30 days of start. Physical Requirements Travel Expectations None EOE/M/F/Vet/Disability
