$24.50/Hour 1st shift: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00

PM Job Responsibilities & Requirements:

Perform A1C quality calibration testing and value assignments. Must have an Associate degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or a related scientific field. Must have equivalent hands-on laboratory experience may be considered. Conduct Total Hemoglobin (Hb) testing, A1C whole blood calibration, temperature calibration, accuracy and bias testing, and initial lot release testing for Pilot, ICA, and finished products. Analyze laboratory data and accurately document test results. Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration. Prepare whole blood samples and manage laboratory inventory. Follow

ISO, GMP

(QSR), OSHA, and company quality standards. Collaborate with Manufacturing and Research & Development teams. Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to complete reports and maintain documentation. Laboratory or Quality Control experience. Knowledge of statistical data analysis and experimental design. Experience with In Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) products. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
