Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Inspector to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet rigorous quality standards and comply with industry regulations. Your keen eye for detail, combined with your expertise in quality systems and inspection techniques, will help uphold our commitment to excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-quality production processes and support continuous improvement initiatives. Duties Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and vision inspection systems Utilize advanced equipment like coordinate measuring machines (CMM) to verify dimensional accuracy and adherence to specifications Perform quality audits in accordance with
ISO 9001
regulations to ensure compliance across manufacturing processes Collect and analyze data related to product quality, identifying trends and areas for improvement Maintain detailed records of inspections, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions in accordance with quality management systems (QMS) Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues promptly and effectively Experience Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment Familiarity with industry standards such as
ISO 9001
Hands-on experience operating measurement tools including calipers, micrometers, vision inspection systems, and CMMs Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data accurately and recommend corrective actions Knowledge of quality management principles and systems—QA/QC processes and procedures Prior involvement in conducting quality audits and implementing continuous improvement initiatives Excellent attention to detail combined with effective communication skills Join us to play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of product quality!
