Senior CMM Technician Job DescriptionJob Description Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Senior CMM Technician to join their team. As a Senior CMM Technician, you will be an integral part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting manufacturing and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.

•Thursday; 5:00AM

•3:00PM (Overtime Available) What's the Job? Develop, maintain, and generate CMM programs to inspect and verify production materials and components. Review blueprints and specifications to establish accurate inspection criteria following best practices. Conduct quality control inspections using precise measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers. Ensure the precision machine is properly calibrated and in optimal working condition. Collaborate with Manufacturing and Quality Engineers to interpret CMM output, evaluate parts quality, and resolve production issues. What's Needed? Associate degree in a related technical field preferred, or 4+ years of relevant experience. Proficiency with PC-DMIS software; familiarity with PolyWorks is a plus. Knowledge of

ANSI/ASME, ISO

standards, and GD&T principles. Experience with calibration and measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and thread gauges. Strong understanding of engineering drawings and inspection techniques, including First Article Inspections (FAIs). What's in it for me?
